Eggs can be substituted for eggplants and chickpeas, which are also delicious. The menu is soy-free, offering a different take on traditional vegetarian options. The food is fantastic, with the granola topped with fresh ginger being just the right amount of sweetness. I highly recommend trying the cashew fermented yogurt. The dessert options change weekly and the drink menu is equally as impressive as the food offerings.
The food at Roni's restaurant is delicious and creative. The cherry cubes were bursting with flavor, and the addition of whole cherry pebbles added a nice texture. The burekas (almond cheese and eggplant) were incredibly tasty and a good size portion for a healthy meal. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.
I visited Roni's Kitchen when she worked with Café Koi (back 2017) and I can absolutely vouch for her delicious food and culinary skills. Amazing that they are vegan lessons, I must register! All these years later, I still remember her.
