I ordered skip the dishes an hour before they closed. At any restaurant this is a gamble. This restaurant made the gamble pay off with freshly cooked HOT ginger beef and sweet and sour chicken. I placed an order through SkipTheDishes just an hour before closing, which is always a bit of a gamble. But Ginger Beef Express definitely delivered with freshly cooked, piping hot ginger beef and sweet and sour chicken. The ginger beef was so fresh I actually burned my tongue! After a stressful day of job interviews, I wasn’t expecting much, especially so close to closing time. I truly appreciate that they went the extra mile to provide a high-quality meal, unlike many places that would have just served up something sitting under heat lamps. Thank you!
