Stopped in while shopping at south center. Now it was extremely cold outside with almost no one inside the restaurant. We went to Chili's as a family group of 6 for dinner.We were seated in a closed section, which was a bit gross as there were tables with dirty dishes which I presume had been there since lunch.They seemed short staffed and I think the Manager was serving us.
