I'd rate this place, which was rebranded to 'Noventainueve', as one of the top five restaurants in the city (the others being: Posada de Puruay, El Carmen in the Costa del Sol, Vaca Loca, and La Ensenada).The atmosphere is great, the food is very good, diverse, and not terribly overpriced.
