The best meal we ate in Italy and possibly the most enjoyable culinary experience I have ever had. The location is unique, built over the flowing stream of an old mill with glass walls and floors. The food presentation was a “spettacolo” in itself and the chef took a personal interest in each customer. The location is off the beaten path but it adds to the intrigue and I highly recommend this restaurant.
