I believe that on the basis of everything there must be a personal predisposition on knowledge, discovery and also the exploration of new flavors and tastes. The “Cuoco Matto”, in its “Medness”, meets these needs. Every day is a taste experience. The cook composes “sober” but effective dishes. Here you cannot notice the quality of raw materials: all brands (DOP, IGP, Bio). We know the origin of each ingredient, the production process and also some historical evidence that it is always a pleasure to read or hear in a very beautiful, well maintained and welcoming place.
