nizza cleaner venue, generous guide lines for the guided and clearly visible. friendly and informative staff who knew their products. good selection of food and drinks at really cheap trips. 1 or 2 idiotic youngs there, but the personal treated them quickly, nice mood and relaxed atmosphere. Service poor Food poor Steak had a lot of grizzle Was warm Ordered cider but wasn't asked the waitress to change it and she wasn't very keen to do it, she then re ordered it and actually smelt the fresh pint and gave it to me! She explained it was the last of the barel I had to go and change it again !
Absolutely shocking! Food arrives cold. Both breakfast cold. Last time it was a fridge cold apparently grilled tomato. This time everything was cold. Sent it back and waited another ten mins to be given cold breakfast again. All sent back now off for lunch somewhere as I'm starving.
It’s fair to say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Wetherspoons The manager who was on shift on the 29th September was totally out of her depth. The person in question has no customer service skills no manors and no respect towards customers When I asked for a receipt for a void transaction she couldn’t provide one and the attitude was just and check you bank When I asked again for a receipt she said I getting the door staff to kick you out. On a positive note the door staff were very understanding and agreed with me etc well done to the gentleman who I spoke to
I noticed the sign for Wetherspoon Pub above a building and felt compelled to eat there. The name of the pub was The Malcolm Uphill. Upon entering the building around 2pm, I was impressed by the size of the dining area and how full it was. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, especially considering how busy it was. When I ordered at the bar, the well-dressed young man who served me was polite and helpful, explaining the tea refill area. Our meal was promptly brought to our table as I returned. I was speechless by the cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and quick service.
This pub is the perfect size and has a charming atmosphere. The food arrived promptly, though it could have been a bit hotter. However, the burgers were delicious, perfectly cooked and served in a crispy bun. The staff and other customers were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience.
