Awful evening here tonight. Catering for a special Birthday and the disgraceful service lack of service was so bad. Sat down at 7pm, some of us had our mains an our later than others. Children’s meals were beyond awful. No one got to eat together. Children’s deserts delivered at 9.45pm, a total joke and had to keep asking for them.
