I have never been to a distillery where even the almond milk is handcrafted for coffee drinks. Everything is made from scratch. The red winter wheat bourbon is incredible and the cocktails were fantastic. The atmosphere is also stunning. I highly recommend trying the cocktail flight for a taste of everything. Went to try out the distillery today, excited about this venue in Cadillac. Know your market... requiring employees to wear masks, outside on a 80° day is absolutely ridiculous especially in this area. Mask mandates will not be supported in this area. We walked out without ordering a thing once we found this out. We are not the minority that feels this way in this area. Will not go back. View all feedback.
