I get an 18 Pepperoni and Mushroom at least once per week delivered. I'd consider myself a regular. By far, this is the best pizza I can get where I live. Even delivery is affordable in my opinion. However, they are usually on top of reading the notes because I always request my pizza to be cooked well done. They did not plan accordingly for mother's Day. They did not staff properly and are making you wait over an hour for your order. Customer service was horrible today teen bragging about his tips behind the counter. Management yelling at customers who are tired of waiting. And you are not getting paid to wait.
