I ordered a McFlurry today with added caramel sauce, expecting a cup filled with creamy ice cream, a sprinkle of Oreo, and a generous drizzle of caramel. I had even paid for two extra toppings. However, when I requested a little more caramel sauce, the manager, Brock, was visibly unhappy about it. One of the staff members, named Dame, returned with a hot fudge instead, which I can't eat.
