Tagliatelle in chanterelle sauce with bacon I do not recommend it. Boiled bacon, not fried, so mushy in taste. The chanterelles were ok, big pieces, but the sand was grinding in my teeth. The biggest minus was the pasta. It was supposed to be tagiatelle, it should have been long, but it was torn into very short pieces, literally 2 3 cm long.
