I went in to redeem my free smoothie since I have over 1,200 points, but I was told that I needed to order food in order to use my points for the smoothie. I've never encountered this issue before, but the staff mentioned it was a new policy. It seems like this must be the only location with such a rule, as no other Tropical Smoothie has this requirement. View all feedback.
