I've been going to this location for years and love it. Went it today and it was still just a great experience. I don't really understand the bad reviews I've seen on here. They were not very hospitable. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the counter before they. Even said hello or came to take the order. Ask a question about the bathroom code and the response was very cold very unwelcoming. They forgot the malt flavoring in the malt hot mochas.
