I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Like another reviewer, it felt like they prioritize takeout over dine-in customers. I received my Miso Soup 30 minutes after ordering, and after nearly an hour of waiting for my food, I inquired about the delay with the server. She went to check but never returned.
