We had spent the day at the casino and had diligently made our donations and decided to enjoy Chinese for our evening meal. Of course the natural choice was academic. Admittedly this is a Chinese restaurant with a very nice decor. The staff was attentive yet not intrusive. The menu presented a wonder selection and the food tasted as good as it sounded.
