We waiting about 20 minutes before being seated for our reservation, a pet peeve of mine. What is the point of making a reservation? We waited about another 10 minutes or more after being seated for the waiter to appear. Perhaps the restaurant was understaffed, or maybe just mismanaged. Regardless, it's inexcusable.
