I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. I tried to order a milkshake, but was told rudely by the drive-thru order taker that they had no milkshakes because their ice cream was frozen. It was clear that they were not fully prepared for the dinner rush, as they had team members just sitting in the dining room. It's no surprise that they lack business with such rude and unprepared service. View all feedback.
