I ordered eggs and bacon side... so a fairly common production set for three chefs looking for a simple breakfast menu. the speckschwanz was dry and burned and the soft posing eggs I had asked were over, even straight on the table. pretty disappointing as cook itself, that one would even have the basic of speck and iron to industry standard.
