We had an evening meal but not an overnight stay. Food excellent and service exceptional. We were even made aware of the optional service charge and told that it was optional. So many places these days with mediocre or no service levels just add that charge as standard , so this was a very pleasant change. They deserved every penny of their service charge. Need to go back after reading the glowing reports. I have to be honest 5pm for Sunday lunch is a few hours too late. Everything eaten felt like it had been warmed up, the roast potatoes were like little rocks.... Service was good, and good atmosphere...but that's it. View all feedback.
