I've been dining at the Miami Restaurant for many years. The last several times. I noticed my plate smelled like an ashtray /cigarette smoke. I watched one of the waitress standing in the back door. She was puffing her lungs out with a cigarette in her mouth. I have no complaints with their food. But, eating off a nicotine smelling dish is more than I can stand.
