This is a charming and cozy restaurant, boasting one of the largest Italian menus in the area. The food was simply outstanding. Our waiter, Dave, was friendly and had a great sense of humor. The prices and portion sizes are quite reasonable, and I can't wait to go back! You don't need a special occasion to enjoy this place.
We visit this restaurant frequently because the food is fantastic, and I always have to remind myself to try something other than the scallops. Tonight, I had the eggplant Florentino, which was prepared just the way I like it—with plenty of spinach and mushrooms and a light dusting of cheese. The waiter also suggested a Sicilian red sauce for the pasta, which was loaded with vegetables. This place is a hidden gem that not many people know about, featuring genuine staff who serve delicious food at very reasonable prices.
I had never dined in an Italian restaurant before and wasn't particularly fond of Italian cuisine, but this place has completely changed my perspective. Forget everything you know about Italian food. Our meal was fantastic. The filet mignon was a little over cooked, but besides that the pasta sauce was amazing, the house dressing was super good and the garlic bread and knots were also great. Would drive the hour and a half just for this place. Thank you!
