I ordered off Door Dash and had a issue with Sonic not seeing our order in the system. Door Dash app stated the order was confirmed by Sonic. The GM Journey worked with the Dasher and both the GM and Door Dasher Darin made sure we was able to get our order fresh. I don't know where the issue was in the system but I'm glad they took the time to get my order. View all feedback.

Despite being understaffed, we waited an hour for just 2 drinks and a medium order of poppers. We had ordered an appetizer as well, but they only brought out our food once we inquired with the manager.
