Absolutely delicious, the pork bone in shank is so tender it falls apart on your plate. The sauce is perfect for pouring all over the meat. I would have it as a soup it's so good. The beans are nice and huge whole pinto beans made like they are supposed to be made. Firm but soft, not mushy....I'm going back for more.
