Every Sonic's is difference highway 5 stagecoach okay messes up on orders a lot. Baseline it's just sad service sucks employees have attitude need to find a new job if they cannot deal with serving the people. Colonel Glenn it's good stays busy employees work hard to try to get the order to you on time once you get your order at the deal with traffic getting out of the area. View all feedback.

I reached out to them using the link provided below my review, but they have been completely unhelpful. Four days ago, they told me I would receive a refund, but it still hasn't appeared in my account. When I inquired about how long refunds typically take, they flat-out refused to respond. Instead, I received a generic automated reply. This situation is absolutely ridiculous. I may have to file a chargeback with my bank since they promised a refund, failed to deliver it, and are unwilling to assist me. On top of that, their prices are outrageous for the quality of food they serve. I paid $9 for stale fries and chicken that tasted terrible—like wet dog. The quality has dropped significantly while they continue to hike their prices to unreasonable levels. For instance, it costs nearly $2 just to add extra cheese to fries, which is absurd.
Forgot our tator tots, ketchup, and mustard. Not sure what happened here as they read our order out
