Overall, I think the service is exceptional and the facility is always clean, but if a customer asks for freshly made items and you live less than three miles from the restaurant, at least expect the order warm not ice cold. Very disappointed by my local McDonalds. Called Manager and was told to come back for fresh food if it wasn't the expectations, but in my head when you ordered fresh, then the order should be mad... You know what you get when coming to fast food places. This fits the build perfectly to your preconceived assumptions. Stopped in on way to work. Waited about 15 min in a busy drive thru and was asked to pull around. When my order popped outside a lil later, I assumed they got everything in the bag. No sauce. No drink.
