It was delicious and there was a generous portion on my bun. The atmosphere is fantastic, with two different trains passing by as we enjoyed the decor of the old depot. The food at this restaurant is fantastic. The brisket is superior, the loaded baked potato is generous enough for two, and delicious. The smoked mac and cheese is outstanding. The pulled pork had so much meat that I was able to make a sandwich and still had some left over. I have tried BBQ all over the country, and this is the best I have had in Ohio, and just as good as other places I have tried. If you have not eaten here, you are missing out.
We traveled last week to bryan from rhode island and the experience we had at third rail saloon was phenomenal! the people are great and we cannot say enough great things about the bbq. when they are there, make sure they try the baked beans (his mother recipe). we will definitely come back!
My dad, John Marquis, would be so proud of the way the station was transformed into something so great. The way he is memorialized, touches my heart. I only wish he could have been here to see its success.
