I really enjoy Arby's, but I’m giving this location 2 stars because the last three times I visited, I was served the wrong order. I asked for a Beef Cheddar but kept getting just plain Roast Beef. It’s very frustrating. View all feedback.
I visited this Arby's last night on 1400 main in Bryan Ohio... All staff and managers were very helpful and kind but the most important thing is I left my phone here and they put it up for me ... I didn't notice until I got all the way home in Michigan... But they went even more above and beyond when I came to retrieve my phone the manager karrilynn Johnson paid for my meal asshe felt bad for my drive I have never been treated so well what ever you guys are doing here keep it up 5 stars I will becoming back anytime I'm in Ohio YOU GUYS ROCK
7/31 the woman working the drive thru, the front of house, AND doing the fry station needs to get paid WAY more than whatever she is making now. Doing three peoples? jobs at once and dealing with a rude clocked out employee? Absolutely crazy. Looked likeshe was the only one working besides the person making the sandwiches. Why were there 3 bodies wondering around while this girlwas struggling? Not to mention the ONLY one in uniform and that includes the manager too. Hire more competent employees and givethis woman her WELL deserved raise. Her name started with an E, and had a bun.

I usually love their food but this is the second time I've went for a creamy Mediterranean wrap and they've given me one with tomatoes and bacon on it instead of the sweet sweet banana peppers, idk what's wrong because I'm clearly saying creamyMediterranean and I'm just baffled it happened twice
