Friendly helpful staff, because the order at the machine didn't work properly, the coupon wasn't recognized and an employee noticed everything she noticed and immediately looked into why it didn't work. Machine didn't work properly. Tried payment with 3 different cards, all declined. When paying in cash there was no receipt, which overwhelmed the staff. Staff can speak English but not German well.
