They got my order completely wrong. Ordered a flank steak served with rice, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. They gave me rice with overcooked streak bits. It literally looked like someone's left overs, and the box was already soggy. Then when I brought it back to fix it, they just poured onions pepper and tomatoes onto it.
