I especially love their assortment of grilled cheese sandwiches that truly delight the palate. Their breakfast sandwiches are also exceptional. I really enjoyed the chai latte I ordered, but the egg sandwich was way too greasy. Plus, the yolk was undercooked and burst open, ruining my clothes. Why would they serve runny yolks in a portable meal? It just doesn’t make sense! View all feedback.
The grilled cheese truck is absolutely fantastic! Jeff is a delightful person to chat with and keeps you entertained during your wait. Make sure to try the grilled cheese sandwich with Fuji apples – you won’t regret it! However, if you're on a date, I wouldn't recommend the pulled pork sandwich. It's incredibly stuffed and not very elegant to eat!
It's always a pleasure to see Jeff and the Java Cruiser at cyclocross races. I already knew that the breakfast was fantastic and the gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches were out of this world (camembert, Fuji apple, and honey grilled cheese on wheat bread from a food truck?!). But today, I tried the baby back ribs, and wow! How can I get this truck to park in front of my house every weekend?
I attended a cyclocross race and had the delightful experience of enjoying an amazing breakfast sandwich from Jeff at the JavaCruiser food truck. He was very accommodating, the sandwich was fantastic, and he even cut it into three pieces for the kids, giving each of them their own portion. Thank you, Jeff, for making the experience enjoyable!
We hired Jeff and his team for our 70 person backyard wedding, and everything was perfect. Jeff created the menu with both of our inputs, and was able to make subtle changes as requested. He was professional, and took extra measures to visit the site prior to the big day to scope out measurements, hookups, and logistics. The day of, he arrived in a timely fashion with a team of 5 to help bartend (extra add on), serve, cleanup and cook. We did not have to worry about a thing when it came to food and drink the entire evening, and he even handled the trash (life saver). Also, he created printed menus for food drink details. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, and we had leftovers to enjoy weeks later. The pulled pork especially, froze well and is still tender weeks later, yummy. Please do note that due to the size, it was buffet-style since it would be inefficient to serve directly from the truck, which of course, we had no issues with. Also,we did not taste the food prior to the event, since we read great reviews, and appreciated the fact that the food was sourced organically and locally. I would recommend Jeff anytime for a party this size, and can't wait to check out his food truck at one of his local spots. THANKS for Jeff and his entire team!
One of the best food trucks around for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, and grilled cheese, burgers and smoked pulled pork sandwiches for lunch and dinner! Lucky to have seen the truck at local events and now, it's serving breakfast at my office building!
