I have literally never gotten an order that was done correctly. Whether it was online or in person. Ordered a large latte extra shot and the cup was literally half full. It's been the wrong drink, the wrong flavor etc. Most of the staff is good and dies the best they can, but a few are downright surly. View all feedback.
