Honestly... we were seduced by the black garlic langoustines. But the turbot (which replaced the wild sea bass) also paired perfectly with the mushroom risotto. The perfect Belgian Gruner Veltliner makes the party complete... We'd better not mention the delicious aperitifs and the succulent dessert to keep something private, of course. Preus is a real gem in the city center of Bruges!! We are regular customers... since the opening 4 months ago we have already come 4 times! We really enjoyed our visit to PREUS. Our friend's recommendation was absolutely deserved and we will do the same service to some other friends. An impeccable service by a talkative host with a clear vision, exquisite food and presentation, and the discovery of some new wines, a superb Riesling in particular. One of the best restaurants we ate. Everything is delicious. The plates are as beautiful as good and highlight the product with very fair seasonings. We had a nice evening and we highly recommend this place. Thank you for that moment.
