The new burgers at this restaurant are disappointing. The burger I received was overcooked and sloppily assembled, not matching the menu picture. My order was also incorrect as I asked for ranch sauce on the side. The beef had good flavor, but our fries were forgotten and we weren't given ketchup or napkins.
