I first tried this place several months ago when I was driving through. Not having heard of them before, I wanted to give them a try. I was very happy I did. The food is amazing. Their speed for having the food ready and being handed out to me was insanely quick. So I made sure to stop by on my trip through the area, which was a couple of days ago. I was told there was a 7 minute wait for chicken livers. It took almost 16 minutes to get my order. The livers were swimming in grease. There was almost no crispy coating on them.
