Loyal locals praise the chicken mole breakfast taco, shrimp curry, gyoza and friendly, quick service in a hip, compact space with indoor/outdoor seating. Prices feel reasonable and the vibe is great for casual lunches or people-watching. Expect playful, well-crafted flavors — but note some reports of inconsistent takeout: dry proteins, bland shells or stale chips on delivery.
I've been visiting this place since it first opened, and it's one of my favorite local spots to grab lunch while people-watching. I absolutely love their tacos, and their bowls and Japanese curry are incredibly delicious as well!
I was quite surprised with how delicious the food was. From the look outside of the restaurant, I was not sure what to expect but once went inside, the place was fun and hip. I liked the Japanese curry rice bowl a lot. The tacos looked colorful and interesting. Next time, I’ll try more tacos for sure. Definitely give this place a try!
The chicken mole breakfast taco is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I used to live in the neighborhood and get it all the time! I live in MA now and when I was in town this weekend I went out of my way to get to Warude to get the taco. Absolutely amazing. Be sure to put some of the green and red sauces on it too. Thank you Warude! ??
Salted mackerel is delish; miso soup a bit crowded. Vibe is great and neighborhoody.
I come here often enough and the food is always good. I like the fried chicken tacos and recently tried the salmon bowl. Loved it.
