Panda Express offers a mixed dining experience that encapsulates both culinary delights and service challenges. Diners rave about the freshness and flavor of dishes like orange chicken and broccoli beef, highlighting a consistent quality when served hot. However, the restaurant suffers from inconsistent service, with reports of unwelcoming staff and complaints about cleanliness in both interior and outdoor areas. Portions can feel inadequate for the price, and a few patrons noted questionable meat quality. While it's a popular choice for a quick meal, the ambiance and customer care may deter regular visits. Overall, it delivers good food with room for improvement.

Was Anonym at Panda Express a mag?
a bit expensive eating is good enough, just not worth the cost. the customer service must be improved. I see this place every day on the way to work, that was my first and probably my last time there. the prices are ridiculous for a midday meal when simply fried rice and garnel with a drink and side that I paid $20. food: 3/5 View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Panda Express:
I just wanted to eat my son while we shop in the city I had two commands of the big plate, the girl preparation of the food is just around 17 clock 12 / 30/2022 not completed my son order she began to work on my head and only one name on the plate and said I had to take on the woman in register well, she went two commanding behind me very unprot View all feedback.
My first time trying and I thought is was great! The Beijing beef was my favorite (so far). Not too much salt and the chili sauce is good! Nice Customer service
First time ordering from Panda Express in general so I ordered through UberEats because I know driving and parking in that area is a headache. The food was actually good, I can’t give it 5 stars because I’ve had better from different types of Asian Cuisine locations. The Orange Chicken was the best part of the plate to me than the Teriyaki Chicken. I had a side of Beef Broccoli and that part had an uneasy taste compared to other locations that serve beef and broccoli.
This location there Food is always good. There is always a line but service is fast. This is in the heart of downtown Brooklyn so many people eat there. Tables clean. Floors clean over all service was good.
Worker was really nice and service was quick so I don’t want to be too harsh on this location. But I got just the teriyaki chicken in a box and it tasted very strange, almost bitter or sour as if the chicken was spoiled, which is surprising coming from me because I’ve never been picky about how my food tastes. This is my first time visiting this location so I don’t know if this is just how they prepare their chicken. I used to work at chipotle and it was standard procedure to put leftovers in the fridge overnight and heat them up to be served in the morning, I don’t know if that’s the procedure here but the chicken was definitely off and I did come in right around the time they open.
