I'm not really a fan anymore. The donut selection at all Dunkin' locations has become quite disappointing, and I've noticed that the service is consistently slow across the board—it's not just this location, but all of them. I occasionally stop by for convenience and order black coffee, yet I’m always surprised to see the cashier just standing there, waiting for someone else to fill my cup. View all feedback.
I’ve always been a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, especially since they introduced the Munchkins. Although the name might be a bit cliché, it’s still a fantastic spot to enjoy some coffee and get your dunking fix. Thanks for reading my review, and have a great day!
The staff seemed overworked and underpaid. I had the iced coffee, donuts, and refreshers.
Every time I visit this Dunkin' location, the staff seem very unprofessional and always appear to be in a bad mood. I love Dunkin', but not this particular store!
It feels like the staff has a personal issue with me. I'm not sure why, since I always greet them and use my manners when I walk in and out, but that's beyond my control. The professionalism of the staff is lacking, with one exception – there's a young guy whose name I don’t know who seems decent. I visit this place occasionally, and every time I arrive, the staff completely ignores me until I’m the last person waiting to pick up my order. Only then do they ask for my name and hand me my food after it's been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. The drinks are often poorly made and sometimes taste diluted, and the seating area could use some serious improvement. Unless you're getting the food for free, I wouldn't recommend coming here; it feels like a waste of money.
