I ordered online for pickup, but when I arrived, the store didn't have any of the items from my order, which was for donuts. I asked to cancel the order, but the staff member started to argue with me. He said the only option was to note my order for pickup the next day. The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and croissant for $24 and only received the coffee. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the woman who answered the phone had a bad attitude and tried to blame another employee. She did not attempt to fix the issue or apologize. When I told her I wanted a refund, she hung up on me. I will not be returning to this restaurant, even though I am a regular customer and live nearby.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! It is dirty, empty, and the staff is rude. It seems like a disaster has hit this place.
This location has been pretty inconsistent lately, and unfortunately, I've experienced more misses than hits. They really need an upgrade, a thorough cleaning, and staff who prioritize regular customers over serving friends and family first, especially when there are delayed orders.
