My order clearly said “cold foam” cold brew on the receipt but she prepared it black, then acted like I asked for something extra when I corrected it. Also, what’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to ask for my order and wait for her to make it when I arrive?
Worst Dunkin’ in the game, workers don’t care and all look like they are on the brink of death. Tried to redeem a coupon from the app and the lady gave me a huge hard time about it. Save yourself the grief and go to the one on mcguiness, it is managed like a Dunkin’ properly should be.

Came in and ordered my coffee the same way I would any other day and the female manager here sat and told me she wouldn’t make it that way, I politely and respectfully informed her the form I was ordering my coffee is not only available on the mobile app but it is how I ordered said drink any day and she continued to refuse I walked out after this and took my business 5 minutes away and ordered the exact same drink with no issues Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
