Was Samantha Edwards at Doc's a mag?
Super friendly staff owner. Needed a cake last minute and I was able to pick one out and get it decorated within minutes. Haven’t tried it yet but it got so busy right at open that it must be delicious ?! View all feedback.

I came to Doc D 's during the BAM Africa festival. I love me something sweet so I just knew I wanted something from here but I wasn 't sure what. When it was finally at the register there wasn 't as much cakes left as the prior day but there was enough. When I got to the front I was torn between the Oreo and Strawberry cake. It doesn't get any better than this! The red velvet cake was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. If you're in Brooklyn, this restaurant is a must-visit!
I tried the Blue Red Velvet Cupcake, Red Velvet, Lemon, and Banana Pudding at Doc's Cake Shop, and they were so good that I kept going back for more! #SimplyDelicious #DocsCakeShopHarlem
The staff is excellent and attentive, and the cakes are amazing! Definitely a five-star experience!
Was looking for a place some banana pudding that taste just like how my bff makes Doc’s hit it right on the nail! Also had peach cobbler confetti cake. Instead of using pie crust, the cobbler was cake like which I didn’t enjoy. The cobbler part was good nonetheless. I also had confetti cake which was thick dry not airy as I was hoping. Despite all that, I WILL be there for the banana every time I’m in the area.
The most delicious red velvet cake I've ever had. My only complaint is that I wish the slices were bigger. .
