Took a lunch special 'to go ' from there once. The environment is good. They have a spacious waiting room. Staff is extremely friendly. The food is good. They have bubble tea (which is hard to find in that area). View all feedback.

Two of us stopped here for lunch on the way to the Brooklyn Museum. It is an unassuming but cute place only steps from the museum entrance. It couldn't be more convenient. Prices were rather reasonable for New York, and the service was personable and accommodating. Appetizers were tasty. Horrible service. I went here with a group of 6 people and the first thing that gave me bad vibes was that they said the bathroom was for employees only. Really? They gave me the key after I said to my friends that they get a strike for that. Then, the person working there gave my friends a mean look because we moved the tables to accommodate the 6 of us to sit. Furthermore, I totally got racist vibes from them. After that, it was time for us to leave. Never will go there again. We ended up going to a wonderful Thai restaurant a few blocks down, where we had a wonderful meal and excellent customer service, unlike this place.
Ordered $25 worth of food to be delivered and they sent a driver who doesn’t speak a lick of English. Yea its NYC and delivery drivers may struggle to speak English, but this one was completely hopeless. When he called, he said “downstairs.” So I went downstairs to get my order and no one was there. Then when I called again he said something in a different language but I was able to make out “22D.” Which is ridiculous because the lady who took my order over the phone told me to meet the driver downstairs. So, im confused as to why he went upstairs. Also, I just cane from upstairs so what building is this guy in? I walked around the outside of my building looking for this guy and nothing. Every time I answered he would say something unaudible. I then called Colala and they weren’t helpful at all. I would hope they would give him some direction but no. Dont use their delivery service. They hire literally anyone.

Nice atmosphere, great good and attentive staff. Must haves are the shrimp pineapple fried rice, Colala roll and fried pork dumplings!
