Was Anonym at Hardee's a mag?
We have been to Hardee’s many times but today was the best visit we have had. The staff was super friendly. I have never felt like a more valued customer anywhere else. Our food came quickly and tastes amazing! Thank you! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Hardee's:
From MN, had to pick up a bob cat, I wanted to stop at Hardee's cuz where I work there is no Hardee's. I've been craving the mushroom and swiss. I wanted to make it a burger to remember so I asked for EXTRA mushrooms and sause. I got MAYBE eight mushroom's NO sause. It was mainly a burger with melted Swiss cheese on it. Very d disappointed. . I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes past 12 o'clock. There were two people waiting to eat before me, no one in the dining area, and three cars in the drive-thru. I placed my order right away, a regular order with nothing special, and it took 10 minutes to receive it. I overheard the manager speaking to the lone person working in the back, mentioning that drive-thru orders were being prioritized over orders in the restaurant. Despite the slow service, the restaurant was clean and the food was typical for a Hardee's. The orders were served in a bag, so they did not need to use trays at this time.
We have visited Hardee's multiple times, but today was the best experience we've had. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We never felt like just another customer, unlike at other places. Our food came out quickly and tasted delicious! Thank you!

I was at the restaurant a few minutes after 12pm. There were 2 people waiting for their food in front of me, no one eating in the dining area and 3 cars in the drive thru. I placed my order immediately, regular order, nothing special, and it took over 10 minutes to get it. I heard the manager say a few times to the 1 person working in the back that drive thru orders had preference over the orders in the restaurant. Besides the slowness, the restaurant was clean and the food was normal for Hardee
They didn't have the fryer on because they were closing in minutes but took the time to tell us what they do have.
