**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience** At this popular eatery, reviews present an intriguing blend of satisfaction and discontent. Diners rave about the hot, fresh food and friendly staff, highlighting the welcoming atmosphere—a plus for families. However, some have faced challenges with service quality, from unexpected charges to unprofessional interactions, which marred the overall experience. An unfortunate incident involving a disturbing food item raised serious concerns about food safety. While the restaurant provides a lively environment with good music, some customers suggest the management should address staffing and training to enhance service consistency. Overall, a visit promises delicious food, but with caveats.

Was Anonym at Wingstop a mag?
As for the food review: I ordered the lemon pepper chicken, and I would rate the chicken sandwich an 8/10, to be honest. It left an aftertaste that I couldn't quite place—maybe it was the fat or the chicken itself. Everything else in my combo was around $8.00. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Wingstop:
I ordered a combo online half an hour before closing and requested to replace the drink with water. However, I was still charged a dollar despite the register being closed, so the change couldn't be processed. I don't think it's a big deal to swap a drink for a water bottle. I believe the website should have an option for selecting a different drink or at least notify customers that there would be an extra charge. I'... View all feedback.
I only ordered a 8 pcs wings combo Lemon pepper dry and a ranch. Lemon pepper dry flavor is salty for my taste. I only tried the flavor, I usually get bbq or lemon pepper wet
Not sure what’s going on at this location but I’m totally disappointed with my order today. I ordered cheese fries and this is what I got. Waste of money smh
I come here pretty often since its close to me. They are always pretty consistent. The food is hot and prepared fresh and the staff is nice. The only con is the lack of parking in front. Many of the spots are claimed by some of the other businesses and there are always tow trucks nearby. My tip is to be mindful and only park in unmarked spots.
I had a disappointing experience at the Brookhaven location. The level of professionalism among some staff members was lacking, and both the bone-in and boneless wings were overcooked and too hard. I work nearby, which is why I chose this location, but I usually prefer the Camp Creek location, which consistently performs better. Rick Ross, I hope you can speak to the management and staff about improving their service. I genuinely want to support local businesses, but this experience was not up to par.
I placed my order and was told it would only take five minutes. Ten minutes later, my 13-year-old daughter informed me she needed to use the restroom. I told her there was one inside. When she went in, she was immediately told by a man (who didn’t wear a name tag) that the restroom was closed. She came back to tell me and returned to the car. I approached the man to confirm whether the restroom was closed or out of order, as there were no signs indicating anything. He reacted defensively and raised his voice, insisting, “IT'S CLOSED.” I asked him what time it closed, and he snapped, “WHEN I SAY IT'S CLOSED, I'M THE OWNER.” I explained that my daughter had an emergency, and his response, still in a confrontational tone, was, “WELL IF YOUR DAUGHTER DIDN'T COME IN HERE WITH AN ATTITUDE AND TRY TO WALK AROUND ME LIKE I’M JUST A WORKER, I WOULD HAVE LET HER USE IT.” I shot him a disapproving glance and sat down to wait for my order, which took another five minutes. Once my order was ready, I started reconsidering the whole interaction. On my way to my car, I decided that if this was the owner, I wouldn’t be spending my money there. I turned on my sound recorder and went back inside, where he greeted me again with the same irritated demeanor. I asked for a refund. He processed it and abruptly tossed my bag into the garbage can. He only told me to tap my card without asking for my receipt or informing me of the refund amount. I asked how much my refund would be to ensure it was correct. After he confirmed the amount, I tapped my card. Then he instructed me to tap it again without any explanation. When I questioned why, he replied, with the same unpleasant attitude, that it hadn't gone through the first time. I let him know he had a terrible attitude, to which he dismissively said, “You’re just mad that your daughter came in here with an attitude, and I wouldn’t let her use the restroom.” I told him that wasn’t the only reason I felt this way. He made a few more snarky remarks as I thanked him (and I regret remaining polite after being treated so poorly) while he handed me the refund receipt. I will never return to this location, and I hope this man is truly the owner, because if not, he’s certainly driving the business into the ground. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME OFFERING FOOD OR COUPONS. I WILL NOT EDIT MY REVIEW.
