Service is friendly and responsive, though drive-thru experiences vary and some employees can be brusque. Food quality is inconsistent: warm, satisfying items like cookies contrast with occasional dry chicken, soggy sides, and missing condiments. Good for quick family pickups and rainy-night convenience, but expect the occasional wrong or incomplete order.
Chris is in amazing worker and whatever he is being paid, it is not enough. He has boundless energy and our drive thru wait was worth it because of him. I hope he knows he made our night!
Went here a few days ago. Pulled up to the drive-thru, everything was fine, but as we were ordering the person working drive-thru kept asking if that was it? We told her we wanted something else and she sighed like she didn't want us to orderanything else. 1 out of 5 stars because of her attitude, the dry chicken and missing food. Would not go back.
This restaurant has shown significant improvement! The new manager, Alexis, is putting in great effort to enhance the business. The staff was very friendly. Keep up the good work!

I’m giving two stars because the food was at least edible. I went through the drive-thru and paid at the window, only to be told to wait inside by the front door for my simple order. Apparently, this is their standard procedure, but it’s not very efficient in my opinion. My Crunchwrap, which I ordered without lettuce, came with lettuce anyway. The kind gentleman who brought it out seemed just as frustrated as anyone would be working such an inefficient drive-thru. Now I understand why this KFC Taco Bell was so empty in the middle of the afternoon.
