Birthday party with 10 guests was lots of fun, party host was helpful setting up. Made sure food was ready on schedule. Lots of space for 6y Olds to run round for couple hours. Definitely good value for money. Wound do this again! View all feedback.

HippoHopp doesn't live up to its previous location. While the food is still delicious, there are significantly fewer bounce and play areas than before. Plus, the prices are now double what we used to pay. View all feedback.
First time there seemed alright, a little confusion online if you are attending a birthday party if you have to buy a ticket. Which was not made clear once I arrived. The most of the workers you could tell didn't really want to be there, so they kinda made you feel the same. The party coordinators were welcoming and fun to interact with. I hope it's better for others.
We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here. It was a very last minute decision the weather didn't cooperate for our planned outdoor event. Everyone was so helpful, and my daughter and her friends had a great time.
Great place to play. I’ve been taking my kids here for over a decade. Just be careful because sometimes they close early. They also, never answer the phone. That combination pisses me off.

We threw a party for our 3 year old, and all of the children had a blast! Even the adults enjoyed themselves. Overall, it’s the perfect place to take your small children. Very clean. I highly recommend! Once our party host Kaylee realized we were already onsite setting up, she jumped right in to help out.
