I went to pick up my order, but they told me it never went through. The employee was rude and unhelpful. I was left standing there with my son while they offered no solutions and treated me like a bother. I've been a regular customer before and previously had good experiences with the staff, but after this, I won't be returning.
The wings are fantastic, and the burgers are delicious. The service is very friendly. I’ll definitely return!
To sum it up, I would have happily paid for the order again, but the clear message I received was that the customer doesn't matter—how frustrating. Grubhub messed up, and when I reached out for clarification, all I got was a mention of the refund and nothing else. This is exactly how businesses lose customers. It seems that when a situation goes awry, Off Broadway Pizza doesn't prioritize its customers at all.
