Every restaurant that has an app allows you to pickup at the drive thru. The KFC app does not allow it. The staff was rude while delivering that message. Deleted the app and possibly this restaurant. View all feedback.

Made a mistake on order but fixed it very quickly and nice people, slay 10/10 ?
Horrible customer service! I place an order and when I picked up my food I ask for sauce and they said I needed to pay for it. I order something that needs sauce.
Tonight was the third time I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget and received crumbs with only about five actual chicken nuggets. Absolutely disgraceful I will never come back to this KFC. They are lazy and do not do their job.
