Tonight is one Made a call to place an order and I was put on hold for 10mins for the next available Rep, so I had to do it on line. All good with email communication. 5:20 pickup time. Walk in on to pay and pick up and nothing in my name, five minutes trying to find out why, find out that someone before me with a similar name got it.
