I arrived within the window given and the pizza was not ready, I was told it was in the oven. Then I was asked for my name again, and told that their system was down and could I tell them my order. I didn't get my food until 30 minutes after the end of my pickup window. I understand it wasn't their fault, but I thought they could have offered a discount or thrown in cheese bread or something for the inconvenience. View all feedback.
